Our liquorice is completely additive free, gluten free and vegan 

The liquorice chunks are delivered in a stylish Borosilicate glass jar, with cork lid OR a recyclable paper bag - Your choice - The jar is protected in a sustainable cardboard gift box, designed and produced in Sweden. The paper bag is recyclable in the cardboard bin. Both jar and bag holds the same amount of liquorice.

THE RAW LIQUORICE PROCESS

Liquorice roots are first cleaned, then cut into small pieces and finally boiled to make a black extract

The root pieces are filtered out and the extract is evaporated to remove the water

What remains is a hard 5 kg lump of raw liquorice

We then divide the liquorice into smaller pieces so you can enjoy at home with our graters
